How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item is shipped. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

To maintain the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and salt water. We recommend storing your jewelry in its provided pouch and gently wiping it with a soft cloth after use.
Are the pearls and stones natural?
Yes, we use genuine freshwater pearls and natural gemstones. Because they are products of nature, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from the photos shown.
