At éliou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces; therefore, we offer returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all personalized jewelry and items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original éliou branded packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
